Natalie Woodbury

Natalie Woodbury is a partner with Wickwire Holm.  She practises in the areas of taxation, corporate-commercial and estate planning.  She has extensive experience advising individuals and private companies on a wide range of tax planning matters including estate and business succession planning and cross-border transactions.  She chairs Wickwire Holm's tax & wealth management group.  Prior to joining Wickwire Holm, she worked for five years in the tax group of an international chartered accountancy firm.  Natalie is the current chair of the provincial Canadian Bar Association Taxation subsection.  She has prsented conference papers on the subjects of estate planning, owner-manager remuneration, and other tax matters.
