Mr. Turcotte has over 20 years of experience in taxation and business law, notably in estate and tax planning, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and tax litigation. 

He regularly represents small, medium and large family businesses and their shareholders, directors and officers, as well as certain private and public organizations.  He has also developed an expertise in life insurance companies, their products and segregated funds.
