Ms. Fincher-Stoll advises charities and not-for-profit organizations on asset management, administration, governance and fundraising.  She practises tax litigation and represents corporations and individuals on income and sales tax matters.  She also practises estate planning, which involves will planning, trusts, powers of attorney, business succession planning and capacity issues under the Substitute Decisions Act.
