Yens Pedersen, LL.B.

Mr. Pedersen assists clients with planning, wills, and tax audits.  Yens also has significant experience in the areas of agricultural law, debtor-creditor, bankruptcy and insolvency and real estate transactions.  He has conducted trials as lead counsel in the Tax Court of Canada, Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, and has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal.
